Back in 1920, Sunset Chevrolet got its start as a small gas station in Sumner, Washington selling only one or two cars a month. As the state’s oldest Chevrolet Dealership, we know a thing or two about Chevrolets. From Chevrolet sales, to our award-winning Service Department, Sunset Chevrolet is a leader in automotive care. For the past 15 years we have been the #1 Volume Chevrolet Dealership in Washington, the recipient of multiple of Chevrolet’s Mark of Excellence Awards and we were even featured in Dealer Magazine’s August 2018 issue for being an industry leader providing our owners with added value. We include things like Warranty Protection For Life and Oil Changes For Life on all qualifying vehicles. These Sunset Exclusives have saved owners THOUSANDS down the road. Needless to say, we have come a long way from our humble beginnings, and we are proud to not only be a leader in sales, but in customer retention as well. The support we get from our community is overwhelming, and we would not be where we are today if it was not for them. That is why Sunset Chevrolet seeks to give back at every opportunity we can by sponsoring events like Sumner’s Classy Chassis, Relay For Life, Come Walk With Me and Sumner High School’s Stadium to name a few. By choosing Sunset you supporting your local community and a family owned business that has been around for nearly 100 years. You just get more at Sunset, and people DO like that.

Everyone here was fantastic. Cory was my salesman and he went above and beyond with helping me finding the right truck for me. He worked around my difficult work schedule and was in constant communication via text and email with updates on trucks that fit my needs. I highly recommend checking out this dealership when you are looking for a vehicle

Bad communication. Took all day to do an oil change and a 45 minute diagnostic with
8:40 am appointment, told me they would call me by noon with an update. Never heard back. I had to call at 4:15 and they still hadn't even performed the diagnosis I requested. Why have a 8:40 am appointment if they don't start working on the vehicle till after 4:00 pm?

Had my car taken there because it broke down and I needed to figure out what was wrong. They told me they couldn’t diagnose the problem until they replaced the hybrid battery in my car. Then quoted me $47,000 for it without the added cost of figuring out what else was wrong with the car. It was a 2012 Chevy volt that I paid $5000 for. This makes me think they either just want money or they didn’t want to even look at my car.
It also took them three days to even get to the point of looking at my car in the first place.
Will never go to them again and will make sure to steer people away from them.

Sent truck in for a recall and a coolant leak as the truck is still under warranty they did the recall and said they did a leak test but we’re not able to find the leak tried telling me it might have been a bubble. Coolant does not just get a bubble and if I had to put some it it’s going somewhere all they wanted to do is charge me for the test with no answer

Im a cash buyer, Sat down at sunset chev. Sumner and put together an order for a blazer ss. He was going to talk to his boss and get back to me but never did, so we went to gamblin in enumclaw and factory ordered what we wanted, even though it meant 4-5 month wait. Today we drove through the parking lot at sunset and saw the car we wanted, stopped in front of it, so were going to transfer to buy this one. A guy came out and told us to move because we were blocking the lane, nobody behind us anywhere, all we asked was what year it was, he said move your car and we can talk. Very rude, im buying the one at gamblin where we were treated like the cash buyer we are. I do not recommend sunset, very rude, un professional. They must lose a ton of deals. do yourself a favor and go to gamblin enumclaw!!
