    Jake Mayrhofer goes above and beyond for us time and time again at Sunset. Jake listens to our wants and needs - this isn't our first purchase with him and won't be our last.     Scheduled an appointment for oil change and emergency brake dash light not working. When arrived, said they were short handed & probably wouldn't get it back same day, was that OK? I said I need it same day. Never heard anything that day. I was called next day and told they found a bad switch, but also had a bad axle boot. Called to get authorization for repairs. I only authorized emergency brake light switch, key fob programming, and oil change. Told switch part was local but probably couldn't get it back same day, was that OK? I said I need it same day. No call that day. I texted as I was requested for updates since had not gotten update. I was called 30 minutes later, and they hadn't updates, had to call me back again. Called 2pm and said they had just pulled it in the bay and it would be about 40min. I could pick it up at 3pm. I arrived and bill was higher than quoted, forgot to quote key fob reprogramming. Took it in 11:15 Monday for a scheduled minor repair. Did not get truck back until 3pm Wed. I was not kept up to date. They made no effort to keep me in the loop. I feel the truck might still be sitting there waiting for repair if I had not contacted them. This is poor service.

    We had a great experience purchasing a Kia Seltos for our family. Austin took time to show us all the vehicles that we were interested in, answered our questions and worked with us to find the vehicle that was the best fit for our needs and budget. I give my highest recommendation to Austin and Sunset Kia of Auburn. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Sunset Kia of Auburn, and each one been a great purchase with a reliable vehicle to meet our needs. They have excellent customer service, a friendly and helpful staff and an environment that is not pushy or pressure-filled. Additionally, we were able to trade in a vehicle and received a fair price, which helped with the purchase of our new vehicle.

From the moment I arrived, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with real attention to detail. Matt clearly explained the service timeline, made sure all necessary parts were ordered, and worked with me to schedule everything at a time that was convenient for me. The service itself was completed smoothly and efficiently, and my car is running perfectly.     5 Stars - Highly Recommend Bryan Anderson and the Sunset Chevrolet/Ford Team! I had an outstanding experience at Sunset Chevrolet/Ford in Sumner, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Bryan Anderson! Bryan helped me at both Sunset Chevrolet and Sunset Ford, and his patience and knowledge throughout the entire process made all the difference. What really stood out was that Bryan wasn't pushy at all - he actually listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. He was respectful, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up with a Ford Bronco Sport, and I couldn't be happier! The entire team went above and beyond, staying until 8pm to make sure everything was taken care of and I could drive home in my new car. That level of commitment and customer service is rare, and I'm so grateful for their dedication.
