  Gerber of Sumner was amazing to work with. I moved back to WA from KS this summer and not too long ago I found that my trunk had a leak and water was pooling in my spare tire well. Originally I had work done on the whole back end of my car while in KS with a company that was purchased by Gerber Collision and they were so kind enough to honor the original life time warranty the other company had given me. It’s been a week since the repairs have finished and not a drop of water to be seen. Shout out to Alex for being A+++ and getting me through the process, she is a life saver! Thank y’all so much for the work and time y’all put into my car.

  I haven't seen the repair yet but they have kept me up to date and been very friendly throughout the process. I will update my response when I get my truck back.

  Gerber Collision was fantastic. Brought my car in after a minor ding in a parking lot. The other cars' insurance covered all costs. Gerber communicated with enterprise so I could get a rental car and had it ready for me when I dropped my car off. Gerber communicated everything to me very clearly and had my car ready in 24 hours. They washed it and vacuumed it before I picked it up so I was ready to hit the road.

  Had a pleasant experience fixing/repairing damage to my SUV here. They communicated through and entire process with me and my insurance company and did a great job with paint matching
