- RMryan malleryApr 6, 20261.0I’m pretty disappointed. I took my truck in after I called and set up the appointment. 1. The appointment is set up on a 800 number not with the dealership directly 2. I was told Tuesday appointment but they scheduled it a full week from the day I was told. The truck went in with def issue, and a clutch fan air leak. “Which I took documents and told several people”! I called Friday April 3 and was told the truck was done. Clutch fan wasn’t replaced but and was still leaking air, truck was in full regen after having 3400 in repairs done. Called at 5:02 they were closed. I missed out on a 7500 dollar load. It back in the shop but they can’t look at it until Tuesday. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back here. These are things that should be caught by a quality dealership. I’ll update this if they stand behind their work and fix the issues without trying to screw me over Ryan Lazy heart trucking
- JFJohn FNov 7, 20255.0Been having various fault codes having to do with DEF Aftertreatment. Then engine power was derated. Made an appointment at Cummins Sumner. Brought it in for the appt and the fault was quickly diagnosed. When the part arrived, Jennifer worked my rig back into the shop schedule. Cummins Sumner was one of the best repair services I have experienced with this RV. The only delay was waiting for the part. Jennifer kept me advised on status along the way. I would not hesitate to use Cummins Sumner again, nor to recommend them to others. We'll done.
