  TPMS light came up. I asked a few questions over the phone, received detailed quotes and availability. I stopped by a few hours later and they were direct and quick. Changed a TPMS in 35 minutes. Love the service and price, definitely will give this place a call first before anywhere else.

  Phone call received from this business. Never contacted them prior. Marcy, terrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. Don’t ever go here if you need work done. Will only receive attitude and nonsense phone calls. Marcy, you don’t deserve a job in customer service. Unless its McDonald’s fast food chain, you need to change industry.

  What a breath of fresh air. Honest, real people that have your best interest in mind. These folks do great business. I've now had 2 great experiences in a row. Both times they got me in quick, price was great, very friendly and honest. You won't spend what you don't need to spend here and they do great work. Just purchased new tires for my Durango and let them know I was looking for quality they didn't break the bank. They gave me two great options and both were under budget. These tires are even better than what I had on that we're $500 more. Very happy with them and felt like they were looking out for me. I'll be back with my Honda soon. Appreciate the great service and authenticity.

  I Highly recommend Smart Choice Tire Pros in Sumner Anyone looking for reliable, above standard and reasonably Priced services for their vehicle. It is very difficult to find an auto facility that you can feel Comfortable when you leave knowing the work On your vehicle is done correctly at a trustworthy price. I was lucky to find this place When I moved into this area a few years ago, and I’ve been taking my car there ever since. Shout out to the tech Jordan who works there. I have a Honda and Jordan is a Honda savant. He always does an exceptional job when I bring my vehicle in and goes above and beyond always giving me an honest estimate of what repairs I may need in the future and what they may potentially cost, so I am able to plan ahead. I always request him to work on my vehicle and always receive outstanding service when I bring my car there. So, thanks Jordan and everyone at Smart Choice Tire Pros! Truly excellent service! 10/10 100%
