  This was the company I used through my insurance usaa. Couldn’t be more happy with the process and how it turned out. Felt too easy and I thought I was doing something wrong. Made the claim at 0930 and was in the shop at 1330 the same day. Done within 2 hours for a full windshield replacement with the recalibration. Awesome job! Great service all around, would definitely recommend to anyone needing glasswork.

  Safelite replaced my windshield without any issues. No problems there! They also replaced my wipers and those were complete shit! Had to go to Kia and get new ones so I could see when driving in rain. Called customer service and got zero help! They can’t do anything to refund the price of the wipers, it has to be handled by the local shop, which of course no one can get in touch with! So if you need your windshield replaced, they are very good, but DO NOT BUY THE WIPERS!!!!! Not only are the wipers shit they are way over priced! 75.00!! The Kia wipers were 50.00!

  The service techs were professional and courteous. Texting me as they progressed through installing the windshield. Even received a refund of $8.91 for an over charge. Very surprised. Windshield looks great. Very nice windshield wipers and also got the rain repel, which is doing the job as expected. Thank you for a wonderful, first time, experience!
