- DBDoug BullisFeb 10, 20261.02nd review for the same issue. Pay for a wash and the machine skips the front end. Same pic as before, same results today. The cashier asks "would you like to leave a tip?" What for? You take my money and send me through an automated machine. I don't even get a spray hose before I go through. Bottom line? Still dirty front end, rates increased from $8 to $10 for a basic. Has the audacity to ask if I want to leave a tip. Nope. And the young man that said, and I quote "...that big cattle guard on the front..." was the reason the system missed cleaning my front end. Hate to say it, but the machine didn't even touch my "big" cattle guard (see pic). Lost my business. The car wash over on 395 about 5 mins away does way better, they spray your vehicle, and they have a crew that wipes down your vehicle. THAT is worth a tip!
