While they were unlimited about 50% of the time I received a cheaper wash than I had paid for. I wasn’t willing to continually go back through to get the wash I had paid for. I cancelled my unlimited washes but they would not refund any money even though it was early in the month. Really poor policy. Looking carefully I also noticed tiny tiny scratches from their brushes. I abandoned Mr W and have been using Brown Bear even though it’s 3 times as far. Great washes and uses no brush of any kind. That’s just my experience. PS…I’ve also noticed that when someone writes a review like mine, the “Owner” sends out the same response without addressing the reviewers’ concerns. Goodbye Mr W. Wish I could say its been good doing business with you.
- DHDon HMar 1, 20261.0We took our Prius in for the titanium car wash. When it was done the rims were still dirty, no shine on the "waxed" car, and scratches on the windshield. Filed a complaint and they responded with "we aren't doing anything about it" Go there at your own risk!

- ODOleksandr DymarFeb 15, 20261.0My paintwork was damaged at the Mr. Carwash car wash and they said it didn't look like it was their fault, but I've only had my car serviced there since the day it opened, and in the first few days, when the wipers weren't working quite right, the top wiper blade would noisily fall onto my car, but I didn't notice it right away. I saw the problem at the service station under certain lighting. If you don't want to ruin your car or be denied repairs, don't go to Mr. Carwash! 🛑❌ I DO NOT RECOMMEND
