After seeing what appeared to be wax, and giving me a chance to show you, you two made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Lexy, you helped walk me through the complaint process, which I imagine can be difficult when people are upset. Larkin, you helped to figure out how to get the waxy substance off my hood and rewarded my patience with an ultimate carwash. I'm pretty basic, ha!! Both of those things were a nice reassurance that you value me and my car as a customer. Especially, at time when businesses allow customers to scream into the void of customer complaints with no resolve. You both reminded me how professionalism and customer satisfaction reigns king. Long before my monthly carwash pass (not sure what its called, ha!) I was a Mister Carwash patron at your Division store. I was hesitant initially but now feel (10 years later) like I made the right choice. I tend to loyal to a fault but go by a 3 strike rule and right now you're batting 1000. For that I want to thank you both, so thank you!!
