- LBLee Briola3 days ago5.0Got the platinum package. Seemed like it did a decent job on my car. The benefit of being able to go as often as you'd like makes it a great deal. Attendant who helped me was very nice and friendly.
- APA P3 days ago2.0The staff is friendly enough. The wash quality overall is terrible. I had some grease on the side of my car after mechanic worked on it, I took it through the carwash two times The grease wasn't touched. The third time I had them pre-spray the car still the grease wasn't touched. I took some Dawn dish soap, a bowl of water and a paper towel..guess what.. it came right off. I guess all those big brushes and all those chemicals that spray on top of my car don't do anything. I've been paying for the top tier car wash monthly. I will not be renewing my membership, ever.

While my car was going through the wash in neutral, it slipped off the track in the middle of the process and was pushed by the machine multiple times before the wash was stopped. My 10-year-old son was with me and witnessed the incident. A couple of days later, I noticed multiple scratches on my car that were not there before. I contacted the car wash and requested video footage to understand what happened, but I never received a response. This experience was stressful and disappointing. I expected a professional service, but unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed. I advise others to be careful and monitor your vehicle closely when using this location.
