- CHChelsea HalaszMar 31, 20261.0Failed to perform fluid check or top off of our transfer case fluid. Caused the transfer case to fail from burnt fluid. Days after they had done my oil change and should have topped the fluid off I was in the shop and they showed me there was no way it was serviced or even looked at as it had little to no fluid in it. Warranty company states that because they had informed me of a regular oil leak (and verbally told me nothing needed to be done yet) that somehow that means a transfer case leak was present. Those are two different systems and the service before showed no leak at all. After submitting this info they are not communicating . Do NOT go to this shop

I consistently come to this jiffy lube because the service providers are always super nice and go out of their way to accommodate. In addition, they are super honest and don’t try to sell you snake oil, which can be incredibly annoying for the mechanically ignorant. Paul, specifically is incredible.
