  I want to give a huge shout out to Gerber collision. Tom was the guy who gave me my estimate and everything else. He is a wonderful customer oriented person. He and his team had my car done two days early, which I’m extremely happy for. They went above and beyond not only did they get my car fixed before my estimated time but they also washed and detailed the inside of my car. It looks brand new. I highly recommend these guys. They are absolutely amazing. Also the Secretary, I can’t remember her name, but she’s also amazing. This is Gerber collision on 55th St.

  This shop always does quality work and they stand by their repairs. When a bumper began to rust 10 months later, they replaced it no charge.

  Complete incompetence from the entire staff there. Am supposed to be waiting for 1 tech to replace my rear axle. Waiting over a month. Parts have been there for a little over a week sitting. Employee Preston told me they dont mechanic that works there. He stated there just doing me a favor trying to fix it. Anyone who uses gieco insurance please avoid this place. Gerber already has a bad rep. I thought id give them a try and it turns out there the walmart of car stuff. A joke shop. Who would tell a customer on the phone your only a body and glass shop and cant do anything mechanical. When your car is there for a slide off involving more than just body work.
