  The assistant manager Tighe help us today and he was perfect. Very kind and quick with the oil change. Struck up a friendly conversation with us as well. If I could give him 100000/5 stars I would.   First time at this location; definitely will be returning for future maintenence! Adrian and Sterling were kind, informative and quick with my oil change! They included showing me the longevity of other components on my engine and when they'll need replacing. Always nice feeling fully informed on my car! Thank you guys!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline for my recent oil change. Ty was the one who helped me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very honest and clearly explained what my car actually needed and just as importantly, what it didn’t need. I really appreciated that transparency. The service was fast, efficient, and the price was great. Everything was handled professionally, and I never felt pressured into any unnecessary add-ons. As a woman, I usually don’t enjoy going to places for car service because I sometimes feel belittled or talked down to. That was not the case here at all. The team, especially Ty, was kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process comfortable and stress free. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest and efficient service!

  Thank you kindly for the efficient, friendly oil change! The manager Sterling introduced himself and welcomed any questions, comments, or feedback. Great customer service! Also, Owen made sure to explain what parts needed replaced next and how to do so in a cost effective way. I sure enjoy coming to The Vavoline on Thor Street. The crew is always friendly, personable, informative and quick. ❤️

  I’m really disappointed to have to leave this review but I have to because the company as well as other drivers need to know what’s happening here. Yesterday I came in for an oil change. I’ve been coming to valvoline and this location in particular for about 10 years because I know what to expect. They were nice to my face but let me tell y’all about the actual service. They didn’t top off any of my fluids, they didn’t add air to my tires or check the pressure until I asked them to before they tried to send me off and tried to tell me I needed about $600 worth of services done but when I asked them to print me off an itemized list, they did not. After my visit yesterday I’m completely concerned about their dishonesty and lack of integrity of every individual working here- Did they even change my oil? Did they change it correctly and professionally ? My car has computer sensors and the oil change message has to be manually reset after every oil change…. So did they just have me reset the computer sensor ? This is horrible customer service and not the type of experience I expect to have here. Also, now my car is making a weird noise that it wasn’t making before I took it in to be serviced as I just had to have $1400 worth of repairs done on it recently. So what did they do to it and why ? Is valvoline going to take responsibility if I take my car into a mechanic and find out that they intentionally damaged my vehicle ? I will never come back to this location and I urge others not to either. Nobody deserves this.
