  Brought my 2017 Ram in for a synthetic oil change and was met by a friendly and professional employee. Jacob talked me through the options and any additional care my truck may need and was not pushing for sales. Quick visit for an oil change and truck left running smooth.

  Excellent experience at the Valvoline at 1850 N Division in Spokane. Jacob, Andrew, Sean, and Kat all did a fantastic job. They handled my oil change, tire rotation, and topped off my windshield washer fluid, and the whole visit was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Everyone was courteous, communicated clearly, and worked together in a way that made the location feel very well run. What stood out most was how strong the team was overall. Jacob clearly leads a solid operation, and Andrew, Sean, and Kat were all friendly, professional, and on top of everything. The service felt organized, straightforward, and respectful the entire time. They explained things clearly, made helpful recommendations, and kept the process easy without making the visit feel pressured. This was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when bringing your car in: quick, honest, well-managed, and high quality. I’d absolutely return to the Valvoline at 1850 N Division and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable service in Spokane.

  Brand new spot, in a great location. Met with excellent customer service and kindness. Everything was explained to me as it happened. Noone tried to hassle me into getting extra services. Although was explained what I would need done in the future and stuff they found. Gave me suggestions and prices for whenever I was ready. I didn't feel like they were just trying to up sale me at any time. The manager answered all my questions and was very helpful. All around great experience and service. I definitely will be back to this location.

  I went to your new location on 1850 N Division St Spokane, WA 99207 and i was refused service an hour before closing time. Both bays were in use and one of the mechanics signalled no service with an 'x' with his arms. I circled again and the right bay had a different vehicle. It was my first time checking you guys out but i guess first impressions dont care for your work morals

I recently stopped by my local Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I have to say—this location is on another level, largely thanks to their incredible General Manager, [Name if known, e.g., Mike/Anna/Eric/etc. – or just "the GM"]. From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The service was lightning-fast (under 20 minutes total), thorough, and transparent—they walked me through every step, explained my options clearly without any hard sell, and even caught a couple of minor things that needed attention before they became bigger issues. But what really stood out was the General Manager. He personally came over to greet me, asked thoughtful questions about my driving habits and vehicle history, and made sure everything was perfect. When I mentioned I was on a tighter schedule that day, he prioritized my car and had the team double-check everything to get me back on the road quickly and safely. His leadership shines through—the whole crew was upbeat, professional, and clearly well-trained under his guidance. He even followed up with a quick text later that day to confirm I was happy with the service (which I absolutely was!). In a world where quick lube places can feel rushed or impersonal, this GM goes above and beyond to make every customer feel valued and taken care of. It's rare to find that kind of ownership and care at the management level. I've already recommended this spot to friends and family, and I'll be back every time I need service—no question.
