  I went in to get an oil change from these guys. New location in a conveinent place for me, so I decided to give em a shot. Well, that was a good choice on my part. Super friendly crew. They offered various additional services but didn't come off as pushy or like they were trying to upsell me. They made suggestions that felt genuine and even informed me about needing a different battery without trying to sell me one. Just let me know my battery was inadaquate for my car and suggested I shop around for new one. Honestly, this was the first time I have ever gone for an oil change and didn't feel like I was being squeezed for everything I had. The whole experience was stress free and quick. 10 out of 10, would come back.

  This was my first time at this place and I will be coming back everytime in the future for all of my cars. I will say it was more expensive than other places I have been but I think it’s worth it, you’re paying for extremely quick service, you get to stay in your car and the employees were so nice, Aymen the manager was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  I am baffled at how fast this was! I don't even think I was sitting there in my car for 10 minutes and the whole team was done! There was 3 of them total, they all did amazing. Jacob the assistant manager I believe he said...incredibly professional, informative, and I wasn't feeling ANY pressure of all those add ons other places try to get you with! I will never be going anywhere else, THIS is the ONLY place to go to get your oil changed. 👏

  Van suddenly began overheating- lights flashing, warning chimes, the whole works. (Have suspected the radiator fluid was low, asked Oil Changers to check at last oil change and they said they could not, and only an actual mechanics repair shop could.) Husband yelled to pull into the new Valvoline Instant Oil Change, I did but expected to be told they couldn't check it either. Instead, they opened the hood and got busy adding 8 quarts of fluid to a system that only holds 12 in total. The whole time the manager, Aymen, was calm, helpful, friendly, and defused my anxiety 100%! I ended up getting a full oil change also. That's when I really saw the difference a high quality oil changing service makes. I found out I have a transmission leak, something Oil Changers never mentioned. I also found out the plastic bracket that secures my oil filter has a high failure rate, and not only are there metal replacements but that Chrysler may pay to have it replaced if I check with a dealership for eligibility. Aymen didn't try to pressure me into "high mileage" oil, full synthetic, a transmission fluid flush, or any of the other high priced extras like OC, Jiffy Lube, and most other places do. I got to stay in the van, I was kept informed of what they were doing and what they were finding, and even with the overheating crisis I was out in less than 20 minutes. And, unbelievably, the total was roughly $20 less than either of my last 2 oil changes! Valvoline Instant Oil Change is now the only place I will be patronizing.

  I went there the other night and was pleased with the service and friendly conversation with the team there. I will be returning with all my vehicles moving forward. the manager, their hands down is I don't remember his name, but I know it begins with an A. He is so personable and friendly, and definitely made my day Helping me with my coupon issue. Hands down Raise! Retain him forever because he is going to grow this business and prosper in all his journeys. Thanks for being you and helping me in a time of need.
