  Sometimes we don’t have many options, and after a long day of crazy people on the road, all you need to reset your mind and body is just a simple shower. As of today, 3/19/26, around 8:05, the front counter says showers are closed for the day. We don’t have plenty of time to wait till the next day. This really sucks. If you want a shower, you should arrive early during daylight. Been advised by fellow CMV driver.

  No, no, no!!! You should NOT have Pilot/Flying J if you don’t provide showers 🚿 and other basic rewards and needs for truck drivers. They told me that showers are opening at 6 AM but they didn’t have them ready even at 7 AM. Disrespectful!!!

  Why do you think 4.99 for a gallon of diesel is okay? Is it because you charge 3.99 for a coffee? Quit being greedy or count your days

  Overall not a bad place. Mostly clean but it's a truckstop so that's par for the course. Drink inventory was low. Several bare spots in the coolers. The attached restaurant gets 5 🌟. Great food & the staff was very friendly & accommodating to not just my request but others that were there. However, two things that led to the 2 star rating. 1st - many drivers have dogs. This location is not pet friendly. No area for dogs to do their business. Not a single section of grass on the property. Had to cross the street for that. 2nd - and this one is sad. Approximately 0415hrs as I headed into the location I noticed an older man sitting in his vehicle parked in front of the store. Engine running, drivers door open & he looked like he may be sleeping. I came back out 10-15 min later & despite some vehicles coming & going, he had not moved even with all the noise. A woman walking in saw him & agreed something might be wrong. We notified the store employee and we're told "since Jackson took over we're not allowed to get involved or do anything". WTH!!? That's just SAD that ownership would tell it's employees that. I don't blame the employee, he did what he was told. I went back out & luckily the man was just sleeping. He thanked me for checking on him & he left. But for the owners to care that little for people is very disheartening!! I know this is not a Pilot/Flying J location but it does have their logo on the business. Just imagine if this older man had suffered a medical issue & passed away while employees watched & did nothing as per the owners orders. Not sure they (Pilot/Flying J) want that kind of negative publicity tied to their brand.

  As a truck driver, I really appreciate this Pilot location. Parking was easy to find, the lot felt safe, and the staff was friendly and professional. The showers were clean, hot, and well maintained, which makes a huge difference after a long day on the road—good water pressure, clean towels, and no long wait. Another big plus is the Broadway Diner restaurant inside. The food is actually really good for a truck stop—hot, fresh, and satisfying, with friendly service. It’s nice not having to settle for fast food and being able to sit down and get a solid meal. The store was clean and well stocked, and everything is set up with drivers in mind. This Pilot does a great job taking care of truckers. Definitely a stop I’ll be coming back to 🚛👍
