  The truck was expensive to start. The representative gave me a discount when I mentioned a cheaper quote from Enterprise. When I picked up the truck the guy at Home Depot told me the truck leaks and to avoid putting my stuff in the corners and to cover with tarps. It rained allllll day long. Although I covered my stuff with tarps I had two unsalvageable rugs from water damage and a ton of boxes that got soaked through the interior. I complained to Home Depot who told me to call Penske. I called Penske and they told me to call the claims department. I submitted a complaint online and still have not been contacted by Penske. I was trying to save myself some money by not going with uhaul or a similar more popular name. In the end, I just ended up costing myself new rugs (which are not cheap!)

  Went to help someone with moving , had nothing to do with renting the truck was literally going to drive it for them that’s it . My name didn’t match the credit card on file so they wouldn’t allow me to pick up the truck. Contacted the person who posted the need help moving ad on Craigslist they PayPal me 50$ for gas and I went home . Didn’t ever help move didn’t ever drive the truck nothing !! Now a month later I’m getting a bill for just under $500.00 !! I called and they said I’m the one under contract . I never signed anything I never drove a truck for them nothing ! I hope this get resolved ASAP because this is ridiculous!!!

  Called at 2pm to get a truck the lady told me i could pick up at 5pm and come to find out they never reserved one for me when she took all my info
