- MMMichael4 days ago1.0SUBWAY- I ordered a Philly steak sub suppose to be toasted.The guy behind the counter was a complete smart ass and the sub meat was cold wasn't about to engage this place looked like a 4 year old made it. SO BAD I tossed wouldn't even give it to my dogs. The lady at the counter has been there awhile and EACH time she serves you it's with a negative attitude. I AM SUPRISED SHE WASN'T LET GO when Jackson bought it...fuel is still Pilot Flying J but getting in and out of there is always been sketchy...you almost have to hit the wall before you turn to miss coming out of the pumps. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS IN A TRUCKERS WAY going in to the pumps.

- LLLexSep 17, 20255.0Stopped here tonight to use the restrooms on our road trip and had such an amazing experience. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The store was very clean and had everything we needed. My autistic son took a liking to the bins of 3D printed fidget animals, and was having a really hard time deciding on one. The cashier noticed this and brought out a big rolling cart so my son could sort them out and pick one he wanted. We didnt tell him about our son's disability, he was just kind to be kind and it truly made my family's night. Thank you so much for such amazing customer service and genuine kindness.
