  Great experience and all but only once in a blue moon do you actually get the spray that really washes the hard dirt off the car

  Great experience at Mister Car Wash! The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, and the wash itself was quick but very thorough. My car came out looking spotless, especially the wheels and windshield. I also really like how efficient everything is you’re in and out without feeling rushed. Definitely one of the best car wash spots around. I’ll be coming back!

  Im so happy this location is finally open! I had such a positive experience with them even when they were slammed they still showed very nice customer service and very fast and convenient! They have a very solid team everyone seemed to be happy to be there and very friendly with each other and they have without a doubt the best store in Spokane! I will only be coming here from here on out!

  Horrible, (good vacuums at least!) and horrible customer service, came out and front car and rear of the car still cover in mud, windows streaked with mud! Went back through and she told me that the wash can’t tell that the mirrors are on the car so goes around them and then the wash doesn’t touch the windows, why have a wash that doesn’t know mirrors on the car? 😂 so let’s have a wash that doesn’t touch half the car because of the mirrors and charge you 30$ for it! Admitted to absolute rip off!she wasn’t not gonna let us back through even tho front back were still dirty after she did she only did the base wash so didn’t even get tire shine that in originally paid for! Go spend less at a self car wash and make sure it’s done properly!

  Love mister car wash. I've had a membership for years. I know this location is new I've been twice. The last time I went two lanes were open and cars started piling up. We sat there a good 10 min because the attendees were helping people. Why can't those people get in the lane for non members. Then when we got through we had to wait again about 5 min for someone to let people into the car wash. I could of gone to the other one and back by the time I got through. I get it's a new one but waiting that long for a 3 min car wash was ridiculous.
