  We are thankful that there is another mister car wash open and available for use. But as soon as my partner and I were done with the physical car wash itself, went to the vacuum center but they only had half of the vacuums open. We are disabled and went to the disabled spots so we can vacuum and clean out our car but none of the vacuums were working. I'm thankful the spots were open but what is the point if nothing is working or turned on. We also told a senior citizen about it as soon as they were driving up. They started to almost cry because now they couldn't clean themselves and every spot that wasn't already taken by cars were closed. If it's not on or working, why not put up a sign, why not communicate with your customers. They had the trash cans closing off half the spots, why not put a trash can on the disabled spots if they are not going to be of use.

  I don't leave bad reviews: This location scratched our new truck after one car wash. We had gone to one other Mister carwash location twice with no problem. Upon opening, we decided to try this new location. While in the car wash, the brushes were so powerful, it made the roof pop. After the wash finished, my husband got out, checked the roof, which looked ok, and dropped the truck off for the week at the shop. When he picked the truck up on Friday, it was sunny out and the spiderwebbing scratches from the car wash stood out like a sore thumb. He took it to this location on E Renshaw Dr and spoke with the manager, who took pictures to file a report. She informed my husband that this doesn't happen with one wash, when in fact, that's exactly what happened. Mister car wash denied the claim and would not make the wrong right. This is the last time we will go to any of their car washes. *Update* I emailed Mister Car Wash at the email adress they provided in their review response and they replied 10 days later. This was the response they sent: Thank you for choosing Mister Car Wash® to clean your vehicle. I am sorry to hear about your wash experience and appreciate you reaching out! I went ahead and forwarded the information you gave to the management team at our Greenstone location. I replied asking when I should expect a reply from them. This was their reply the following day: Regarding any damage concern, please be advised of the following: Visit the Mister location in which this occurred to begin the incident process. The location will outline the next steps and expectations. ------------------- That's where we began and was the reson for this review. My husband already submitted a claim at the Greenstone location on Renshaw and it was denied. That's when we left the review and now they've taken us full circle. This is horrible customer service and $1000's of damage. If they decide to make this right, I'll update the review.
