- MAMike Achurra6 days ago5.0I thought Metro had the best carwash around but I was sure wrong. Having got the premium wash I immediately signed up for a monthly contract. Unlimited vacuums are undeniably the greatest car was idea ever.

- MVMelissa VillegasFeb 10, 20265.0I went to the new Mister in Mead and was offered 1 month of unlimited car washes for the promotional price of $10. What a deal! It has given me the opportunity to evaluate the service and cleaning capability of their machines. I found my windshield and back end of my car did not get clean. I resolved this by doing a 2nd wash several days later. And brought a towel to do touch do touch up work while I pulled into the FREE vacuum area. Still into my 2nd week and I love a clean car!
- DBDoug BullisFeb 10, 20261.02nd review for the same issue. Pay for a wash and the machine skips the front end. Same pic as before, same results today. The cashier asks "would you like to leave a tip?" What for? You take my money and send me through an automated machine. I don't even get a spray hose before I go through. Bottom line? Still dirty front end, rates increased from $8 to $10 for a basic. Has the audacity to ask if I want to leave a tip. Nope. And the young man that said, and I quote "...that big cattle guard on the front..." was the reason the system missed cleaning my front end. Hate to say it, but the machine didn't even touch my "big" cattle guard (see pic). Lost my business. The car wash over on 395 about 5 mins away does way better, they spray your vehicle, and they have a crew that wipes down your vehicle. THAT is worth a tip!
- RRRobertFeb 9, 20261.0Extremely disappointed. Unless you only want the front 75% of your car cleaned, save your money. The back of my car is still covered in dirt, and you can see the exact spot where the brushes gave up. Only if I wasn't being lazy and just washed the car at home like I normally do! Definitely not worth the price.
