The employee, upon recognizing my identity and my partner directed to choose hateful remarks and homophobic slurs at me. Specifically, the employee said the “r” word and the “f” word. This behavior constitutes direct discrimination and a violation of basic human decency and anti-discrimination policies. My identity as a member of the LGBTQ+ community was the direct target of this hostility. The incident left me feeling unsafe, humiliated, and distressed. This is not only a failure of basic customer service but a profound failure of your company's responsibility to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all patrons. I cannot in good conscience recommend your business to anyone, especially not to other members of the LGBTQ+ community.
