The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. My car came out looking great—clean, shiny, and well taken care of. I especially appreciated how organized everything was, which made the experience smooth even though it was a bit busy. It’s clear they take pride in their service and customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Mister Car Wash to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable car wash.

When I went through I heard a loud pound on the top of my truck and when I got out of the car wash looked on top and these dents were there and 2 lines of dents going up the cab of my truck along with scratches. And when I reported the incident I was told they were already there. Not to mention the north carwash by Costco shittiest customer service I ask them nicely every single time to to spray my wheel wells to get all the dirt off andwhen I Inform the manager I get told they are a express car wash not here for customer service and and that they dont have to spray inside the wheel wells. What is the point of the pressure washers ? The manager shouldnt even be a manger and has the crappiest attitude towards customer service that I have ever had in my entire life. Kids these days have no work ethic , no responsibilities or take accountable for their employees at all. Dont go to these car washes unless you want your vehicle damaged and not paid for and to be treated like your the problem when its their service.
