  They do not prewash and they do not turn on the mud blaster prewash unless you ask every-single-time... the pre soap doesn't get rid of any small debris and the brushes just beat the dirt into your paint. My vehicle has so many swirl marks and scratches from this location. You have the water pressure spray there, just turn them on and take care of your customers!

  I always enjoy going back. I have had issues with keeping my wash club active due to money but I like to get my truck cleaned by mister carwash.

  The line is only getting bigger because your employee is walking like a SnailThey seem to get very upset when we try to pay for it by ourselves even though it’s a self paying thing, but maybe tell your employees to hurry up instead of walking like a snail otherwise let us pay for it on our own. It’s just like self checkout, if you can’t read then help them.

  I went in with a dirty car and came out with a still mostly dirty car. This is frustrating, but I could deal with it. I am rather upset to see that the gentleman gave himself a tip without asking. I was planning to tip anyway, but without asking is quite rude. Hopefully they start spraying the back of vehicles off to create better cleaning and also train their staff to be polite.
