  Pop machines are always out of broken. Card readers work only half the time. Food is often not out or completly picked over.

  Card reader never works. Cant fill up because i have to set an amount to put in my tank rather than just letting it go tull its full. Have to go in and then jump through a bunch of hoops to get gas. Why make it so hard to give you my money? Won't be coming back.

  Never have hot food available every time i come i poor customer service. I came in at 10:02 am on 8/2/2025 they should always have a variety of hot foods they dont have any i recommend no one come to this location.

  Unpleasant Experience - Discrimination and Communication Issues Rating: ⭐ I recently had a disappointing encounter at the Maverick store in Airway Heights on March 9, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience prompts me to give a one-star review due to significant concerns. The primary issue revolved around the persistent closure of the women's bathroom during my last three visits. On this particular occasion, around 3:00 am, I observed a sign indicating the bathroom's closure for cleaning. While waiting patiently, I engaged in a conversation with a store employee to understand the cleaning schedule. Despite being assured that the bathroom would reopen at 3:30 am, my experience took a turn for the worse when a Metro Security officer approached my boyfriend and me at 3:30 am, instructing us to leave. What followed were explicit statements, suggesting that the women's bathroom would not be accessible. The communication breakdown and the uncomfortable encounter made me feel discriminated against and significantly impacted my perception of Maverick as a customer. I believe that a one-star review is warranted due to the lack of clarity, discrimination, and discomfort experienced during this visit. I sincerely hope that Maverick addresses these concerns to ensure a more inclusive and positive environment for all patrons in the future.
