- JCJames ClemensAug 20, 20252.0I usually don't make complaints like this but here goes: I live alone in an apartment very close to your store on south Regal in Spokane. Naturally, it's convenient for me to shop on occasion there. I am a "smokeless tobacco" user and I like buy the product from your store. Now I'm 67 years old. I look my age and I have a head full of gray hair. One day I went into your store to buy the tobacco product I use. I was asked to show my ID so no problem, I did. I came into your store again and was asked to see my ID to buy the product again, only this time, I was asked to take my license out so the clerk could scan it. I complained and told the clerk, "you know who I am, I've been coming here since you opened your doors". I came in your store again but this time was the last time. Again, I was asked to pull my license out so he could scan it. Incidentally, it's the same clerk who always has to scan my ID. I told this story to one of your other clerks and he said " I know you. You come in here 2 or 3 times a week". I don't seem to have this problem at any of the other convience stores or clerks on this side of the south hill. What is up with this? I'm just a retired old guy trying to buy something from your store.
