  About 3 days ago during day shift hours, I had went in and made my usual iced coffee drink with all the goodies added creamer, raspberry flavoring, topped with the mini marshmallows. I've made this drink combo for months now, at any/all the mavericks I visited, but for some reason today one of the older lady employees wanted to nic pick and chew me out over how i liked to make my iced coffee (nearly a. $3 drink at checkout). The lady had a real nasty attitude towards me, and decided to tell me that the marshmallows were for the hot drinks only. This experience has made me very much unhappy, unhappy enough to avoid going in during the day shift hours, to prefer to visit any maverik but this one. I've now been treated horrible on more than one occasion by multiple employees, when I spend so much money in their store. $40 cash about 4 days ago on nothing but comfort snacks and drinks. Every month I spend near 75% of my food stamps here. As of most recently, about 20 minutes ago, right before I had posted his on Friday Dec 12th 2028. I walked inside the maverik after paying outside at the pumps $20 of gas for my friends trucks gas tank. Anyhow I walked into mavrick and went to the back where the coffee machines are, and I used the hot water option to fill up halfway 2 metal cups that I brought in from where I live. (one cup was of minutemaid rice, and one cup of oatmeal with toppings (creamers, chopped up apples, marshmallows and blueberries that I brought from home), and I made sure to clean up the area by the coffee with napkins and leave no mess behind. On my way out the door the older nightshift male employee very grumpy with such a cruelness in his tone, said that I needed to at least pay for a refill, and said that if I didn't I wouldn't be allowed inside the mavric again. Rarely am ever broke like I was today, I didn't buy any merchandise inside the Maverick but I still had paid for a $20 of gas at the pump before I had went inside for the hot water so Id be able to have something warm to eat. My feelings are very hurt, I repeated 3.times to this male elderly employee that I would make up for it that I could pay for a refill on the spot. I sincerely was nearly in tears as I left mavick tonight. I hope the cameras are reviewed and this employee sees me wiping down the countertops and sees how I paid for gas before i even went into the store. I'm astonished at how people with such nasty attitudes who are eager to bite your head off at any imperfection are hired at this maveric. I don't recommend anyone go here if you expect to be treated like a good valued customer this is not the place to go. Whoever is employed here to hire people has an awful taste and judge of character in the employees that get hired. They don't even like people. Never smile, never any kind greeting, never notice when you go above to help out. This mavric is easy the trashiest one in Spokane.

  Employees are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience. And I love that. I don't have to remember the pump number. LOL

  There is one chasier at this location, she might be a manager, I dont care, worst customer service and I always seem to get her when I come in. She will keep conversations going with her friends while completely ignoring you, I had to interrupt her conversation to ask her to ring up my gas. I'm so over poor customer service, do your damn job. I typically love Maverick but that chasier sucks.

  This is my favorite location. Other locations have trouble keeping the coffee bar and food well stocked but this location is always hooked up!

  Refuesed cash. Even though they had tills. It was “too close to shift change and we cant handle that right now” If i tried that crap at my job i would get fired. Had to take my money elsewhere
