    I just want to give a huge shoutout to Lauren at Enterprise! She was working all by herself on Saturday and handled everything like a total pro. There were several people waiting right at opening, and she was juggling check-ins, checking outs rentals all at once — with such a positive attitude the whole time! My son and I waited patiently for her to give us a ride back to the dealership to pick up my Jeep, and she was so kind and upbeat despite being super busy. Excellent customer service and truly impressive professionalism. Highly recommend Lauren — Enterprise is lucky to have

    Worst place to rent a car!!! Had reservations for a 12 person van to take a family vacation. Made reservations over 3 weeks before we were supposed to leave and they call the day before to tell they don’t have one or anything else at any location around to rent!! Most likely going to have to cancel my family vacation and lose money on our camping trip for the reservation at the camp grounds!!! Will never be renting from you guys again!!! What a waste of my time and money

    We had a good experience with our rental for our trip to Seaside oregon. We took the grandkids so we needed a roomy mini van. It was perfect. Our interaction with Sofia at pick up and drop off was very pleasant, she was working her butt off by herself and was still kind and helpful to us and other customers!

    I've used Enterprise several times and had good reviews, but this time my husband and I have complaints. It seems the quality control is not as important as it used to be. In fact we're going to try to trade it in at our destination for a different 'premium' car for our return trip- we have a list of problems to discuss...
