    Previously we had rented through Avis and it was absolutely awful. So we threw our hat in the Enterprise ring... the crew here was stellar. I checked in online so it only took a minute or so to get the keys to our car and be headed our way. Zero hassle. We had a battery/alternator issue with the car on the way back, but their roadside assistance phone support was super quick to help sort it out (we ended up being able to drive the vehicle back when we had planned on returning). They didn't hesitate at all to make it right once we got back to drop the vehicle off. Won't rent from anyone else.
