    Staff went above and beyond in a tough situation. Got there and my car wasn't available because it had a recall. The backup car wasn't available because of a broken windshield. The 3rd car wasn't going to be good for a long drive. I was going to have to drive over to the airport and find more cars. The manager came up with a luxury car that just came in the lot, for the same price as our original rental. He made my day. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the location, as it is in downtown Spokane in an area with a lot of homeless people. Tough area to visit.
