My mom rented us a car for the holidays to drive around since we are coming in from out of town. This was her Christmas gift to us since we have 2 littles with us now and don't want to use everyone else's car with 2 car seats. She made the reservation, we got the confirmation email, everything was great! Or so we thought! My mom accidentally put the pickup time for noon, but our flight doesn't get in until 3PM PST. No problem, I'll save my mom the hassle and just change the reservation time! I go online through my confirmation email to modify pickup time, and I can't change anything because after every time frame, it says "location is closed." I call this location a total of 5 times, and over the course of those 5 phone calls, sat on hold for a total of 1 hour 12 minutes, and EVERY TIME they hang up on me. NEVER ONCE did I speak to an actual person, they just gave me the stupid machine. So I decided screw this, im done wasting time, I'm just gonna call the 1(800) number. Call them to find out, the guy said THE DAY AFTER my mom made the reservation, they went online and closed their store for a week during that time frame. So I asked him "do we still have a car then? I have a confirmation email and everything," he said "it shows you have a confirmed booking, but if you show up to their location there will be no one there to get you the car, so you technically don't have a reservation anymore." We have been sitting on this reservation for a WEEK now and not once did they call me or my mom to get this fixed or make it right. Thankfully I found out before we actually fly in before they left my husband, our kids (3YO and 5 month old) and I stranded on the street. This place is nothing but a scam. And before the owner comments to contact them, already tried that and all you did was waste my damn time.
