We went out to take a look. 10 minutes later, the part was installed and I was on my way. I am grateful that service is not a lost art. Instead of sending me on my way he asked me to drive around a bit and come back to double check if my alternator was good. Totally didnt have to do that but I appreciate them going the extra mile. On top of that, it seems like they really try to help you get exactly what you need instead of selling you the highest priced option. Thanks guys.

The entire team at AutoZone was beyond helpful. Matt came out to test my battery and let me know my battery was old and it needed to be replaced. When I later found out my starter was also going bad, they walked me through the options and made sure I got the exact part my vehicle needed. Everything was in stock, decent prices, and the staff explained each step clearly so I knew what I was buying. It’s rare to find this level of service and expertise these days. I really appreciate how friendly and patient everyone was. They truly went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. AutoZone has definitely earned my trust — I’ll be coming back for all my car needs!
