  Manager is very rude. All other employees are super helpful and patient. Danny was a big help. Another autozone messed up when my husband an I bought a battery. Tried to get it resolved at this autozone. Husband tried to brighten the screen of the computer when the manager walked away and got yelled at a then kicked out.

  Thank you Michael for all your help. I really love this store. All the guys here are super helpful super knowledgeable. Every time I come in with an issue with my car they literally are willing to come out to the car. Look at it. Tell me how I can fix it and give me my best options especially for a female that knows absolutely nothing about cars. I really appreciate the dedication and the great Customer customer service offered by everyone of your employees

  Logan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and Mike went above and beyond when I got there. I used to work in the employment arena before I retired so I wanted to pass on my compliments to both men. The company also just earned my loyalty.

  We were lucky enough to be helped by Logan, the store manager, who went absolutely above and beyond what we could’ve ever hoped for. I’m not exaggerating when I say my partner and I walked in to the store stressed and unsure, and left feeling equipped and confident, ALL thanks to Logan. He absolutely hooked it UP for us in every way, and gave us expert advice and guidance without a SHRED of patronizing tone. He never made us feel stupid for not knowing what the hell we’re talking about, and it was literally a perfect customer service experience. No notes. 15 out of 10. Can’t thank you enough, Logan!! This company is lucky to have him and we will be back to Logan’s store from now on.

  I hope this message reaches the big boss . I walked in today because my check engine light came on. Logan was so nice and respectful and polite I about fell over. He was so helpful in adding fluids to the car. It wasn't an act he truly is awesome. Then I call and get Dan on the telephone and he's also very nice. What's up AutoZone I could get real use to being treated human and by the way after adding Lucas fuel cleaner the light went out.. problem solved . Happy New Year AutoZone. Some hero's don't wear capes IMO. I'll be back
