  Was SUPER impressed with Valvoline! I will no longer go anywhere else but them! I went to the Valley location off of Argonne. Was hands down the best experience I have had. Not only did they check all my lights, they checked filters, showed me how they looked, check air in my tires! They were not pushy at all which I also enjoyed.

  Absolutely fantastic experience! The team here is super friendly and efficient, making the oil change process a breeze. I love how they take the time to explain everything, and I left feeling confident about my car's maintenance. Highly recommend!

  We always come to the same location, the staff is kind and helpful. Wait time are never to bad as long as you plan around rush hour. Drake was very up beat and will come back just to experience his customer service!

  I had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed here. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They didn’t pressure me to get a bunch of other things fixed, and had a $25 off coupon! Shoutout to Drake and Josh and their manager AJ. They were all friendly and great. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

  I am honestly so done with valvoline at this point. Being a loyal customer for over 10 years clearly means absolutely nothing to this company so I will be looking elsewhere for car maintenance indefinitely. For context- I’m a delivery driver and I get oil changes at least once a month. Last month, the previous location I went to didn’t add air to my tires or check the air pressure until I asked them to, they didn’t top off any of my fluids which is part of the 18-point check Valvoline offers and they created an oil leak that I didn’t have prior to the visit. So I came to this location, told them about my nightmare of an experience at the previous location and hoped I would be provided better service. They were really friendly to my face and appeared to care but after checking their work I’m honestly extremely disappointed. It’s only been a few days and my car started to smell like it was burning and I needed to locate the smell. I thought they just didn’t top off my coolant as from the outside it looks like it’s sitting at the minimum fill line, but when I opened it up it was EMPTY. Now I don’t know if this was an honest mistake or another experience of dishonest employees but at this point I’m just done. This could have not only damaged my radiator but my car entirely. Even if there was a charge to fill the coolant, they should have informed me and offered the service. The fact that they didn’t has me completely questioning the integrity of the oil change I paid for. They did check my lights, they topped off my wiper fluid, my brake fluid is full and my power steering fluid all looked great but how could they oversee and not mention something so potentially damaging? I’m honestly just appalled that they let me leave without a single ounce of antifreeze/coolant in my vehicle. This complete oversight during service could have seriously damaged my car. I go to professionals every month to have my car serviced for a reason and this is absolutely not it.
