- NNNICK5 days ago5.0So I drive a 1 ton dually crew cab , they had no issues working on the truck inside in the rain , other shops in the past have had issues getting my trucks inside if the weather was sour . Also have to say as fast as the repair was done I was able to put the truck back to work that afternoon instead of having it down a full day which helped my crew get the job done on time.

Benjamin let me know when he was coming, was very friendly, and didn't great job replacing the windshield. The price was reasonable, the service was great, and I could keep working.
- JJJustinOct 28, 20251.0Safelite used to be my go to glass store. Not anymore. They just don’t have the right technology to deal with cars with EYE SIGHT. They installed a new windshield in my 2024 legacy Subaru. In the first 2 weeks i had to keep going back to get it recalibrated. Now my eye sight has been disabled completely, so now i cannot even use my cruise control. A bummer, since i travel a lot. Safelite won’t even re- calibrate my windshield unless i get a new windshield installed. Freakin RIDICULOUS! The winshield is still free from cracks. I learned a valuable lesson from this. Get the new winshield from the dealership you got your car from. I will never use safelite again and will tell the 100’s of people i work with the same. No matter the cost its not worth going there. Adios!
