Took my reservation a week in advance, but rented out the truck I reserved the night before and gave no alternative trucks as a replacement, since I needed a lift gate. Was told they'd call the day of reservation to give an update and figure out rescheduling, but instead I had to swim through their jank automated national phone system even with local number and never got info or ability to reschedule. An absolute disappointment having made plans and having to cancel on helpers who blocked time on Labor Day Weekend.

Unfortunately communism is prevailing with penske. They ate collecting an outlandish about of personal data with no way to have it cleared out if the system. They will not recieve my business moving forward. I will also be spreading the word amongst the military community. Don't you take as much business from them as possible? Moving forward.

I am a Litehouse foods driver, we have trucks from Penske. I came in for a PM and they took me in at 10 am by 10 pm I was done and back on the road. Ashley and the evening team worked to get me back so I didn’t have to stay in a questionable motel lol. Thanks Penske great job

Super upset with this location. I reserved a 12’ truck. Im moving from Spokane to Oregon. In Oregon i cant park a huge truck. When i took an Uber to Penske this morning, they informed me, they only had huge 16’ foot trucks. I cant park a 16’ truck where im going. Thats why i reserved a 12’. He said i could go to CDA to get a 12’. In an Uber? Who pays for that? Some one could have called me yesterday to tell me to find something else before i took an Uber to this location.
