  Horrible customer service. Im not sure what problem "Gary" was having but it was far from professional and borderline offensive behavior. I will not be back and I will turn away everyone I can.

  Everyone @ Gerber Collision, from the admin staff to the mechanics were all very helpful, professional, and made sure I was in the loop for everything regarding the repair of my car. Not only that, but they exceeded my expectations as my repair was due to an insurance claim where I originally went through the insurance of the person who hit me, and their partnered repair shop quoted the repairs at about $28k, meanwhile Gerber only quoted the repairs at around $15k when I went through my insurance. To cap it all off, in my insurance claim when I mentioned the damages, I included my front bumper which my insurance denied saying “they found a picture from last July that showed it was there before the accident”, not sure where they got that from, but Gerber went ahead and fixed it for me anyway without charging me or the insurance for it, as they were already sent the bumper from Toyota and repaired it anyway. The whole experience with Gerber was pleasant and I was very satisfied all around, especially after the previous repair shop and other person’s insurance were insisting my car was totaled, when anyone who took one honest look at the car would disagree. I won’t mention the other repair shop, but if you’re in the area and need some work done? Even if you’re in a nearby town, it’d be worth the trip to take your car to Gerber on Argonne so you know you’re trusting a business who is honest about their work, does the best job possible, and gives you updates twice a week on how it’s going. I’ve never left a review in my life, whether positive or negative, and can’t emphasize enough how worth it it was going to Gerber. I’ve had my car back for about 2 months and even though the review has been overdue, I still remembered to take the time to do so because the positive impression I was left with about their work warranted it. Thanks again to everyone @ Gerber!

  The Shop did a consistent & thorough job of frequent communication, explaining the process in its’ entirety, with communication to include the biweekly scheduled times, on top of additional communication with necessary updates & information. The Receptionists/Front Desk Staff were super helpful & Mark the Mechanic who worked with me went above & beyond. This is my first experience with Gerber Collision & i will be returning if ever needed & definitely recommending Gerber to anyone i know who may need it. Thank you all much for the work you all do! Excellent job!

  My family and I have never been so impressed by a repair shop in our lives. My car was involved in an accident, causing over 20 thousand dollars of damage. Fortunately, the car was sent to Gerber Collision in Spokane Valley were Cody and his team performed wonders on the car while continuously keeping us updated on the status and possible timeline of the car's repairs. He informed us on all car part timelines, details of what they were going to repair on what days, as well as insurance policies and anything you could think of to ask, he would have an answer. From hearing about other folks' experiences about the length of repair for damage like this at different auto body shops, we thought it would take a long time. We were originally given 2-2.5 months until the car would be back to being drivable, but thanks to Cody and his teams efficiency, time and effort we were able to get the car back in just over a month. They stayed late multiple times, including the night that I was allowed to pick the car up. My car looks newer than ever, and I'm so incredibly grateful for the team at Gerber Collision. I can't recommend this location and team enough, if you need anything, they got you covered!
