Her Jeep decided to die in the parking lot as I was returning the rental. So many employees came to the rescue by moving cars around to get up next to her car to give us a jump, and when the car still wouldn’t start, they let us drive the rental back home to get another car. Everyone at this location is so friendly, kind, and accommodating! I will definitely be renting from them in the future if we need another rental. Thank you!!

When I went in, the woman at the counter had the gall to tell me that I hadn't returned it with a full tank of gas, and wanted to charge me. WHAT??? Here I was, taking time out of MY day to correct Enterprise's error. When you rent a car, it's reasonable to expect it will be properly serviced, yes? I will be avoiding Enterprise, especially this location, in the future.
