- LBLynnette Bolen3 days ago5.0The gentleman working there were very nice an very professional. The office area is very unappealing. The chairs are terrible...the walls an floor are terrible. No cups for water dispenser. Toilet needs cleaning. That waiting area makes Grease monkey look bad.

- IHIra Holman5 days ago2.0They have a new policy where you have to wait in the waiting room instead of just in your car. This has a negative effect on this particular location as they’re waiting room is disgusting. The toilet and bathroom is filthy. The floor is filthy, the chairs to sit in have the covers ripped off because they’re so old. If you want people to wait there, it should be cleaned and updated. Then a new corporate policy has told to me by the employees is that to get the military discount we have to go find it online and present it to them instead of just showing them our ID cards. I’ve been a customer there for 10 to 15 years now with all of our vehicles. That is another corporate policy that just pushes me back to Jiffy Lube.
