Unfortunately, the technician did not inform me that they were unable to perform the filter change. Had I been made aware of this limitation, I would have understood and accepted it. Instead, I left with the expectation that the service I requested had been fully completed. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that my tires were not checked, nor was the air pressure assessed. Didn’t check my lights and windshield wiper fluid. The only service provided was with the oil change. As a loyal customer who frequently visits this location, I must express my dissatisfaction with this experience. I value the quality of service that Valvoline typically provides, and I hope that my feedback can lead to improved communication and service in the future.

He didn't have to as we were not even customers but he came out of his way. Very nice of him and we will definitely remember this when we have issues that need a Firestone.
