  Showed up right as they opened on a Sunday morning and they were professional, quick and thorough. They changed out a light I didn’t know that was out. Great service!!

  Outstanding service every time! I feel they are honest and go that extra mile; even telling me that I had miles to go before needing a change. They are always honest, friendly and efficient. Highly recomnend.

  Outstanding service and employees were definitely qualified to perform their duties. Military discount was a definite plus and would recommend all to use this facility. They also put my license plate light back in place after the light and signal check! Wow now that’s service!

  The service was fantastic! Steven was amazing. So helpful and provided excellent customer service. I did not get the name of the other technician but he was friendly and diligent in everything he did. I was in and out in no time. They changed the oil, checked all the filters/fluids, and even put air in all the tires. Would got back again without question. You could tell the customer experience was their top priority!

  I usually take my car to **unnamed place** for oil changes. But the last time I was there, they offered to fix a burned out headlight for me and then after about 20 minutes of all 4 techs pulling random things off my car, they announced that the headlight couldn't be changed without taking the WHOLE bumper off. Fine, whatever. But maybe don't offer services you have no clue how to actually perform. So this time, I was in the parking near Grease Monkey anyway and decided to give them a shot. I needed an oil change for a last minute road trip. All of techs were SUPER NICE and HELPFUL. And Shawn, the manager, actually was able to fix my headlight for me and get the bulb replaced for a very reasonable fee. (He may or may not have disassembled my whole front end to do it. I'm sure if you go get your oil changed there he will tell you the end of the story. No spoilers here! ) I was in and out of there quickly, with everything working like it should. Shawn even noticed the check engine light and got it cleared for me. Overall, GREAT experience!!! I usually go to the **other place** because it's closer to me but the service and competent staff and attention to detail are definitely worth driving to Spanaway for. Thanks, guys!!
