  Great services highly recommended. My family been using Grease Monkey for years and I'm not planning on changing my auto shop. I'm looking forward to go back to them.

  Day after Xmas in the afternoon. All 3 workers there were very professional and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently. I got a synthetic blend for my Subaru. The gentleman in charge gently pointed out that full Synth is recommended, but he also said that if I wanted a blend he is happy to do so. I pointed out for my car, since it doesn't drive many miles as it used to, by quite a lot, the blend seems to work better for her. He agreed that that made sense for us. They started their might be a small leak but that it is likely due to the oil pan wasn't as tightly bolted on as it should have. But it's something to keep an eye on. They explained why they asked me to rev the engine to a certain rpm for 15 seconds after putting all the oil in. They asked to check the cabin air filter and didn't get pushy when I said no thank you. They pointed out the filter in the engine area was good but will likely need changing next time or the time after. Over all... They recommended and listened to me and didn't get pushy at all. I greatly enjoyed my experience and plan on going back.

  I went in for a fluid check and top off and the staff was very good at communicating everything amongst themselves and with me. It was the first time I had brought the particular vehicle in, and they were very kind to get it checked out for me. I appreciate their attention to detail and the good work they do there.

  I always have a great experience at the Spanaway location. They were training someone new, I believe. The trainee did great and was very friendly. The folks supporting him were patient and clear with directions. As a trainer at my job, I appreciate seeing that!

  Shawn and his team did an excellent job! They were out of the lightbulb I needed and had someone bring the one I needed within ten minutes. During that time they checked on a couple of issues I was having, did some research on the issues, and helped point me in the direction I needed to get them fixed. I would highly recommend this location and will be going back for future oil changes or issues that come up. Thank you so much for all your help today!!
