  Safelite did their job. And it is so appreciated. Thank you! The story: Brand New VW Buzz, Chip right in front of the driver's view. Size of a medium size bean. Options are blow in and take the Chip out or replace the window. The second option has lots of calibration issues. The first is solely esthetic. Long story short: The Chip is now the size of a pin head. Almost impossible to see. Great staff from beginning to end. Super skilled, Josh was the lead tech on this, and very straight forward. I saw them work with customers with grace and dignity. Impressive. All in all, you're in good hands with SafeLite L

  Cannot talk to a real person and appointments can only be made online. So if you don't have access to that good luck. And they don't answer if you need something other than that so.

  FYI don't waste your time getting the premium package. They didn't have my new wiper blades so in order to get window treatment I would have to pay more money. The service was fast and professional.

  Scheduling was easy and communication was good. After windshield was installed, it was clear that it hadn't been wiped clean inside and out. Still had smudges from the suction cups and various smears in places.

  They were right on time with my scheduled appt and SUPER QUICK! I called to ask some questions and the rep asked some insurance questions and had me scheduled. There also had alot of availability worked around my schedule.
