  I had a chip in my windshield I wanted to repair before winter conditions expanded the damage. I booked through the corporate website which was easy and it allowed me to put in my insurance information for payment. On the day of the service, I did have to look a bit from where Google maps led me. Safelite is in a corner between a bakery and a Midas shop. Checking in, the front desk staff were polite and attentive. I arrived more than the recommended 10 minutes early, over an hour early. I had some expectation to get turned away or check in later, but they allowed me to check in and they were able to finish my repair before my actual appointment time as a result. I didn't use their bathroom or try their coffee to comment on their store facilities.

  Safelite Silverdale made my windshield replacement easy fast and had a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi coffee. It took only 40 minutes including calibration

  The staff at the Safelite facility in Silverdale, WA were helpful and kind, but the corporate system they have in place for scheduling and communication is awful! It was impossible to find the local number online. I booked at a central number a drop off appointment where they would have my car all day. Was instructed to be there there by 9:30. I was unable to get there until 9:45 and they would not take my car. Had that fact been communicated when I booked the appointment I would have made other choices that morning. I tried calling them on my way, but as stated earlier, there was no way to find the local shop's number. Made the same type of appointment for the next day and got it there before 9:30. Received a text that morning telling me I'd receive text updates through out the day as to status of my vehicle and an 800# to call with any questions. As of 4:15pm I'd not received any communications si called and was assured that my car would be done at 5. So I drove the 30 minutes to town and pulled in only to find my car was in the same place I left it in the morning and the window had not been repaired. I had a training at 6p in another town and could not wait for it to be complete that day and had to return the next day. The job was done correctly, though the little pad inside my door handle well was missing - probably vacuumed out when they cleaned the broken glass from the vandalism that caused the damage in the first place. If Allstate wasn't my insurance and contracted through Safelite, I might try another company in the future.

  Safelight came right to our house. 🏠 The tech was amazing. 🤩 He walked me through the process, told me how to get the micro fragments of shattered glass out of the vents, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours! 🚗💨 #Safelight #Service #Tech #Glass #Repair #Convenience #Speed
