I took time off of work to be there for the appointment and nobody ever showed up, and nobody ever called or texted to let me know they were canceling my appointment. Then when I called About this to report the canceled appointment with no notice and the fact that I took half a day off of work they said sorry it happens. I will never recommend safelite to anybody.
