    I had an absolutely horrible experience with the manager at this store. I was involved in an accident where the other party was at fault, and my car was towed by Enterprise after hours. The next morning, I called to see if they could provide a replacement vehicle. Instead of asking if I was okay, the manager was only concerned about when the vehicle would get to him even though Enterprise was the one who towed it. He said he would call me to let me know if I could get another vehicle. However, when I called to report the accident, I was told I would receive a vehicle the next morning. I waited the entire day, and not a single call was received. After calling him multiple times, he said he needed to “wait for an email.” I even called 20 minutes before closing, and no one answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and complete lack of care. Because of this incompetence, I missed an entire day of work and was left without transportation. I will never use Enterprise again and will be going a completely different route, even while they continue to hold my money. Keep in mind: the accident was not my fault. The level of disregard and unprofessionalism I experienced is unacceptable!!!

    14905 Aurora Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133, Tom and Martin, their slogan must be "Replace Customer Service with Attitude!" I went to pick pick up a car booked by my insurance, I spoke to someone in the office a few days earlier to make sure they have economy car for me. I spent almost an hour there, got coached by both how exactly to talk to them ("tone down your voice and show me more respect"), told them what I think about their business and took a bus instead of getting car from them :) 1. 1st thing Martin told me not to talk over him and tone down. I apologized though I'm sure sure what for. Next, Martin pushed me to rent a larger car and I again said that I need a small one. He said: "We have many cars, choose the one you like and let me know". I chose a white Corolla - "No, it is dirty, it needs cleaning". I chose a blue Nissan - "It is dirty too, needs cleaning". He said it takes 10-15 min to clean, I said I'll wait. 2. 15 min later I approached Tom who asked me if I want to rent an SUV, and when I freaked out and said that I want a white Corolla I've been waiting for and I am in a hurry, Tom said that I had to tone down my voice and show more respect for him. He offered no apologies or any regret for having a customer to sit in their office for 40+ minutes. 3. As Tom was working on the exact tone of my voice and the type of apology he needed to hear and to get a respect for their business, I said "Your business is bad!" and went to a bus stop. (I used a different word to describe their business but my review is hidden with the exact word, lol.) Thank you for messing up my schedule and for saving money to my insurance company, Enterprise!
