They told me they were sorry and couldn't do anything because it was dark. Keep in mind that there was lighting everywhere. I would not recommend them after this experience. I bought the battery from O'Reilly Auto Parts, and they provided excellent service.

Even if they don't have the part or service tools I need, they are always helpful and help me find which location might have said part. Carlos Rosas has helped me with the installation of parts many times and every time he is very time efficient along with careful not to break anything else. Melinda, the store manager is very sweet and is always willing to work out a compromise if something doesn't go according to plan the first time. Like ordering a part to the store if I'm not able to make it to a different location or helping me find an alternative to fixing something if the first attempt doesn't work. Angel Juarez is always hard at work, wether it's putting away products or helping customers locate parts among the store, he is always trying his best to make the customer have the best experience possible. Overall, Autozone is a great auto store and I'm glad that they are in a central spot so it's not too far from where I usually am if anything happens.
