  Went in for a car battery and Edwin the manager was able to help replace a couple worn pieces as well as help install the new battery. He put great effort into helping the situation along with his coworker. They helped me get back on the road within the hour! If you need any type of car maintenance, this is a solid go-to place. Thanks Edwin!

  I absolutely do not recommend this place. I was shocked by my experience with them. I went there at 6 PM today to buy a battery for my car. They told me they were sorry and couldn't do anything because it was dark. Keep in mind that there was lighting everywhere. I would not recommend them after this experience. I bought the battery from O'Reilly Auto Parts, and they provided excellent service.

  I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to Angel! He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and even took the time to explain everything clearly.   I've been to Autozone many times as my car has lots of issues and every time I go, the staff is always very helpful and patient. Even if they don't have the part or service tools I need, they are always helpful and help me find which location might have said part. Carlos Rosas has helped me with the installation of parts many times and every time he is very time efficient along with careful not to break anything else. Melinda, the store manager is very sweet and is always willing to work out a compromise if something doesn't go according to plan the first time. Like ordering a part to the store if I'm not able to make it to a different location or helping me find an alternative to fixing something if the first attempt doesn't work. Angel Juarez is always hard at work, wether it's putting away products or helping customers locate parts among the store, he is always trying his best to make the customer have the best experience possible. Overall, Autozone is a great auto store and I'm glad that they are in a central spot so it's not too far from where I usually am if anything happens.
