Everything is always explained well and honestly. The service techs are not pushy at all. I never have to wait very long to get into a bay and the service time seems to fly by because the staff is always so amazing and friendly. The shop/property always looks very clean and well maintained. I'm also very happy with the prices and e-mail coupons that I receive. Customer service at this location is off the charts and I am now a devoted customer there because of it.
