  I have been a repeat customer here for a few years, unfortunately my most recent experience has left a bad taste. While I understand that the “upsell” during maintenance is the bread and butter for many shops, this shop sent me an estimate for $600 for spark plug replacement on my 2021 bronco. I haven’t had any issues with it, but due to the year and mileage they recommended it be done. When I called to question the 130$ spark plugs listed, they adjusted the cost of the actual spark plugs to make the cost around 400$. As a single-woman with limited knowledge about car repairs and cost of maintenance I find myself wondering how many other services have been inflated and over priced. Unfortunately, my trust in this shop has been irreparably damaged and I will likely not be back.

  This is the shop you want to go to if you want quality service. Tony arranged a pickup for the vehicle from the house since we're local, to bring it down to the shop and diagnose the issues we were having. The technicians were very thorough with their inspection of the vehicle. The paperless communication was a nice feature along with the pictures they take while doing their inspection. Overall a great shop.

  These guys are seriously the best of the best. If you're buying a vehicle, have these guys do a full inspection on it before purchase to find out what's wrong with it. I almost ended up with a lemon and these guys saved me from making an awful purchase. They are knowledgeable and seem very passionate about their work. Top tier service.

  I had the best experience here at Gateway automotive, the mechanics had empathy about my anxious concerns in regards to my Chevy avalanche. I had good rapport with them on the phone, they listened with understanding. They solved all the problems I was having with my truck. I will always come back to this garage for the care of my vehicles. And without a doubt I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
