The lady was extremely rude, demanded my card without telling me a price and then told me she was too busy to slow down. They forgot to put a cover back on my engine AND the worst part is, my car is now in the shop 5 days after the oil change because the oil was so severely over filled that it had spilled all over my engine and began causing electrical problems as my car is a hybrid. I will not be coming back to this location, this is beyond disappointing.
