  While the lady in the front desk was very nice, I am getting an invoice for over 1600 dollars for scratches, and I'm not the only person in the reviews stating this. There is some fraudulent behavior going on here

  Adrianna is incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. She makes renting a car smooth and stress-free by clearly explaining everything and always being patient. Her excellent customer service and genuine care truly make her stand out!

  I didn't Samuel Jackson didn't get a rental my Uncle did he used my email. My Uncle name is Tyrone Williams and he gave the service a 5* rating. Excellent customer service at the front desk in Seattle at the Seattle Hyatt Regency. The lady at the front desk was very professional and kind and made you feel right at home. That's why my uncle prefers Sixt Rent a car service over anyone. Even the guy that you returned the car to, very professional and always in good spirits. Sixt is the way to go in Rent a car service. This is in regards to the rental my Uncle Tyrone Williams rented. Rental # 9609112619

  The team here were above and beyond superb, not only did they save my vacation (just got off a 10 hour flight to find out hertz had messed up) and sixt stepped in and saved the day. Exemplary service and such a caring and helpful team who made me feel cared for after the day I’d had to start with! Cannot thank them enough
