Monday morning, I received a voicemail from Martina with a simple solution that they could handle in-office. When I returned the next day, another staff member called me up to help. As I started explaining my situation, Martina recognized me from nearby, came over, and briefed her colleague on everything. Within minutes, the issue was resolved and my tabs were renewed. Martina's personalized care and dedication to following through truly exceeded any expectation I had. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and there is an overall positive energy across the office. This is definitely my go-to location from now on!

How many days do I have to put a new vehicle in my name?
You have a 15-calendar day period from the date of purchase to transfer the title without incurring penalties. Starting on the 16th day, a $50 fee applies. After that, the penalty increases by $2 daily, up to a maximum of $125.
