Went to the hotel lobby and they were no help and the parking garage themselves can’t even answer the phone AND their mailbox is full. WORST experience ever. It is posted all around that garage that they work with Seattle police to keep it safe and also signs of “no trespassing”….?!? Definitely a joke. I want a full refund- it sucks I couldn’t leave this place sooner. Do NOT park here,
