Close to the end, while I was awaiting news of a possible oil leak, there was an awkward exchange between employees about whether an employee could spend time in their vehicle while on the clock, and then defensive behavior about being approached about this. “Stop being so aggressive” was the phrase I heard. My overall impression is that the person who inspected my vehicle for leaks returned to their own car without updating the technician who was my point of contact. There was a distinct lack of professionalism present that was unnecessary in front of customers. It has a potentially chilling effect on my ability to trust that I’m getting quality service.

During that time, there was little to no communication from the staff about delays or progress. What made it worse was seeing employees outside joking and laughing instead of actively working on customers’ vehicles. It felt like my time wasn’t respected at all. A basic service like this shouldn’t take that long, especially without updates or any sense of urgency. Customer service here needs serious improvement. I understand shops get busy, but transparency and efficiency go a long way. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t reflect either. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Other local auto places offer it for $49.99 for the exact same service. For $145, I'll stop being lazy, and just change it myself. Again, technicians were awesome and very fast. I just cannot justify the price for an oil change.
