  What a polite and kind crew , since I always do errands with my rescue dog I was thrilled to see how happy the team was to take a moment to visit with my dog ! It’s a sure way to brighten your day ! A little dose of doggy !!! I got a needed oil change and my dog got a Scooby snack !

  The staff here are absolutely amazing.They are consistently helpful and friendly, and answer all my questions. Also, they are so sweet to dogs and every time we walk by my dog, tries to stop for a treat and some pets from the nice staff at grease monkey.

  Brought my car in to have the battery checked as I was getting a low battery indicator and to have the oil replaced. There were four attendants who worked as a team to check the battery with a tester which turned out to show the battery fully charged. In addition the team members went over the car indicators and when and why they might display which was very helpful. The oil change was performed in a timely manner as well and appreciated. I will be a return customer. Great job!

  The two service mechanics who assisted me were so helpful and kind! They walked through everything they were doing and explained why I needed a certain service and talked about pricing before they completed said service. I felt very comfortable knowing exactly what they doing and would definitely come back again for the excellent customer service!

  Best oil change experience!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, Abey and Austin sat and talked me through everything that needed to be done and the price of everything before changing anything. As a woman it’s common to go to these places and feel small and uneducated and that was not the case here at all. These guys are amazing, extremely charismatic and got the job done quick but very efficiently!!! Will definitely be coming back 10/10 recommend grease monkey in Ballard:)
