  If I could give more than 10 stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Gerber Auto and Glass was exceptional from start to finish. From the very beginning, everything was handled with ease, clarity, and professionalism. During my estimate, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail so I felt completely informed and confident in the process. A special thanks to Guillermo, who went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. His communication was flawless—he coordinated seamlessly with my insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. The timeframe he provided was not only accurate but very reasonable, which I truly appreciated. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, Guillermo made sure I was fully satisfied with the work before I even left the parking lot. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out. To top it all off, they exceeded my expectations by cleaning both the interior and exterior of my vehicle—it looked absolutely brand new. I am beyond impressed with the quality of service and professionalism I received. I will absolutely be recommending Gerber Auto and Glass to everyone I know. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

  Great experience from this shop. Someone threw a large rock and my windshield that also damaged my hood. I was able to get both my hood and windshield repaired with them. Service was great, repairs were fast, and my truck was returned even cleaner than when I dropped it off. Really appreciated the help, especially from the front desk staff that kept me well informed through the process.

  I don’t really write reviews, however I feel the need to write a review about my experience. Although the customer service was good, the job was not. Yes they fixed my car, but when they put it back together, my signal bulb out of its socket and stuck inside the housing. My front bumper was a little loose and isn’t perfectly aligned. I noticed it the day I got my car back. Now I have to find the time do it myself since they have not contacted me when I left my comments on their survey. The mechanics should take due care in assembling and making sure the car’s components are functional and assess them before giving a customer’s car back. I was recommended here by insurance. Avoid this shop at all cost!!!

  Thank you Guillermo! It’s been nothing short of an amazing experience with you and the Team! You guys are out here rewriting perceptions, making dreams come true! You really didn’t pull any punches! To take what I thought was a total car and to restore it to better than new condition… Doing gods work. And if anyone’s interested is hesitant I’ll tell you this much. I have a White Audi A5 with aftermarket parts. Paint, PERFECT, body? PERFECT, internals…? You guessed it, perfect!!! I’m so happy to be back in the road again, thank you! 🙏🏼
